2018 ANNUAL CONFERENCE

The 2018 Annual Conference is November 12-14 at the Marriott East Indianapolis. This event welcomes approximately 700 attendees representing all types of positions within all types of libraries.

   Exhibit booths are 10' wide x 8' deep. Early bird pricing of $800 for corporate organizations and $425 for nonprofit organizations is in
   effect until July 31.

   Booth space will be assigned once payment is received. Assignments are subject to change.

ILF is also welcoming sponsors, and co-sponsors, at all levels starting at $1,000 for the Annual Conference.

2018 YOUTH SERVICES CONFERENCE

The 2018 Youth Services Conference is August 19-20 at the Horizon Convention Center in Muncie. This conference welcomes approximately 250 attendees representing youth services librarians and library staff from public and school libraries, as well as other youth oriented organizations.

  An exhibit space at this conference includes a 6 foot draped table in the shared lobby of the conference space. It is $300 to exhibit at the
   Youth Services Conference.

- Exhibitor Application of Intent
   Due to the limited number of exhibitor spaces at this conference, if an organization is interested in attending, we ask that they first complete an Application of Intent. Submission of this form does not guarantee a spot at this year's conference. If you are selected to attend the 2018 Youth Services Conference, ILF staff will contact you directly to complete the registration process.
